The application methods of 100% Water Soluble Potassium Humate

Application method & recommend application dosage:

1. Foliar Spraying

Concentration: Dilute 800–1000 times (i.e., add 15–20 g potassium humate to 15 Litre water), and spray evenly on both sides of leaves.

Timing: Seedling stage, before/after flowering, young fruit stage, before adverse conditions (drought, low temperature), or post-disaster recovery.

Note: Avoid high-temperature periods; spray in the evening for better absorption.

Can be mixed with neutral/weakly acidic pesticides (e.g., fungicides, foliar fertilizers) to reduce labor costs.

2. Root Drenching

Concentration: Dilute 1000–1500 times, and apply 200–500 mL of solution per plant, focusing on the soil around the roots.

Application: During transplanting recovery or when roots are damaged (e.g., waterlogging, root rot), to promote new root growth and restore plant vigor.

3. Seed Soaking/Root Dipping (Nursery Stage)

Seed Soaking: Dilute 500–800 times, soak seeds for 6–12 hours, then air-dry before sowing to improve germination rate and seedling robustness.

Root Dipping: Dilute 300–500 times, soak seedling roots for 10–20 minutes to reduce transplanting stress and enhance stress resistance.

Precautions

Mixing Taboos: Avoid mixing with strongly acidic or strongly alkaline fertilizers/pesticides to prevent chemical reactions that reduce efficacy.

Dosage Adjustment: Adjust dosage based on soil fertility, crop type, and growth stage (reduce for seedling stage, increase for fruit expansion stage).

Their Application Methods

Water Quality: Use clean freshwater for dilution. If water is highly hard (high in calcium/magnesium ions), let it settle first and use the supernatant.
